Giving back is a huge part of what we do at LA Closet Design! This year, I was asked to undertake an exciting partnership with Schwinn at the 2016 WestEdge Design fair. As one of the chosen LA-based designers and tastemakers, the LACD team created a one-of-a-kind Schwinn Streamliner to be auctioned off, with all proceeds benefiting the Los Angeles Ronald McDonald House.
The bike is completed in a satin black finish with rose gold accents and accessories. It is designed for the modern woman who is always on the go, but never looking less than chic. Both a showpiece and a fully functional mode of transportation, the LACD-Schwinn comes equipped with a front mounted velvet accessory tray to keep your most valuable pups and pieces at the ready. A handlebar-mounted three way mirror provides full visibility for any necessary makeup touch-ups or boardwalk selfies. A delicate rose gold bell makes pedestrians aware of you presence (as if they aren't already), while a battery-operated watch winder makes sure the rider is always on time. Included with the bike, a folding garment bag slips right out of the LAmove Mobile Closet and allows for a full day-to-night wardrobe change.
